July 2011:This month I will show you a multi functional/intergrated exercise. You can do this to gain lean, long and sexy muscles. If you are a guy & your goal is to look muscular and gain muscle mass while developing massive strength quick step explosion and power, this would be the exercise for you. You want to build upon the resistance by adding weights after a few days to a week.

However for the lean look, light weights (5lbs) will work just fine. Make sure to vary your exercises though for maximum results. You can mix this movement in with just about any training routine or muscle part. Notice how I also turn this movement into a dumbbell shoulder press or power press. Remember how complex the nervous and muscular system is so always challenge yourself and mix things up a little.
